1. Booking Policy

Auto Viva acts as a third-party service provider that assists customers in securing car rental reservations through various rental partners. We may charge a service or facilitation fee for our assistance.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, provided the rental pickup time is at least 48 hours away.

b. Standard Cancellation

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • The remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded after deducting service charges.

c. Last-Minute Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before pickup may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the rental provider’s policy.

d. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation will be treated as a No-Show.

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Refund Policy

a. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

b. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Service fees charged by Auto Viva may be non-refundable.

  • Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

c. Partial Refunds

  • If a booking is canceled after partial service usage or after the allowed cancellation window, only a partial refund may be issued.

4. Modifications

  • Changes to bookings (such as date, time, or vehicle type) are subject to availability.

  • Modification requests must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to pickup.

  • Additional charges may apply based on the updated booking.

5. Third-Party Terms

Since we work with third-party rental providers, their individual policies may also apply. In case of any conflict, the stricter policy will prevail.

6. Payment Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future services.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or cancellations due to unforeseen situations (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
